Habitat Indiana Lobby Day 2026
Join us for a day of advocacy and action at the Indiana Statehouse on Tuesday, February 3rd. Together we will educate and engage with our legislators to share the good news about Habitat’s program and ask them to help with some of our challenges. We hope to advocate for a carve out of infrastructure funding for Habitat projects and we want to continue to thank them and share the success of our Attainable Homeownership Tax Credit program. It is essential to have affiliates from every corner of the state attend so we can maximize our impact.
Our day starts at the Habitat IN office at 101 West Ohio Street, 7th floor conference room at 11am where we will discuss the issues, practice our talking points and prepare for our brief meetings with legislators. After lunch we will all walk together across the street to begin our discussions with legislators.
Habitat has had a lot of success in our advocacy efforts because all of you have made it a priority! We will have a great lunch, engaging conversations and good day of networking with your fellow Habitat leaders and our IN state legislature. Hope to see you there!
